From primary school, high school, to university and beyond, our education programme provides hands-on opportunities to grow skills and open doors to exciting futures.
Grow Getters is for students based in Penarth / Cardiff / Vale of Glamorgan looking to gain experience in the world of content, marketing, communications and PR.
Empowering growth is at the heart of everything we do — fostering the next generation of talent through real-world insight, creative challenges, and meaningful mentoring.
Primary Schools
We want to encourage creativity at all ages, which is why we’re looking to support art projects within our community.

High Schools
In partnership with Working Options, we deliver ‘insight talks’ for schools and colleges throughout the academic year.
We first launched the programme with our annual ‘taster day’, where students from St Cyres School, Penarth teamed up with Working Options at TMPR HQ to work on a project that offered a hands-on introduction to marketing, communications and agency life.
University Students
We’re offering a range of experiences and placements for university students eager to learn more about a career in marketing or PR.
Grow Getters is available to all undergraduate students. It doesn’t matter what you’re studying at uni, anyone with an interest in marketing, content, communications or PR is welcome to get involved in our work experience opportunities.
