April has been another big month at TMPR – from award recognition and celebrating milestones to team building and delivering impactful work.
As we do at the end of every month, we’re taking a moment to reflect on progress, recognise achievements, and keep building momentum.
Louise shortlisted for IoD Awards 2026
Leader of the TMPR pack, Louise Morgan was shortlisted in the Small Business category at the IOD’s Director of the Year Awards!
The category recognises exceptional leadership within small businesses making a significant impact and the directors driving growth, innovation and resilience within their organisations.
This is an achievement we’re incredibly proud of, especially as we look to celebrate 15 years in business, delivering strategic communications and campaigns for clients across Wales, the UK and internationally.

Quarterly Team Building Day
The time rolled around once again for the whole team to join forces and reflect on all things TMPR, particularly how we’re continuing to live our values. This quarter, we also spent time reviewing the results of the annual TMPR Tap survey. A huge thank you to everyone who shared feedback – stay tuned for the results soon!
The day featured:
- Operational updates from Jess as we begin introducing new processes into our workflow.
- Louise, Tom and Saoirse shared important business and client updates.
- Mollie and Eleni, always keeping us on trend, dove into the latest social report.
- Oliver led us through the Tap results and facilitated meaningful discussions.
- Steve and Rachel hosted an interactive networking workshop.
Then in true Having Fun style, we capped it all off with a “paint and sip” session led by Jess!

Case Study
This month we’re spotlighting our work with Cardiff Business School, supporting awareness of the Help to Grow: Management Course.
With a clear objective to reach more SME leaders and drive registrations, our approach focused on peer-to-peer storytelling – working closely with course graduates to share their experiences as alumni ambassadors.
By putting the voices of those who had experienced the programme at the centre, the campaign shifted from traditional promotion to advocacy-led content that resonated with the target audience. Alongside strong engagement, the approach also helped strengthen alumni relationships and create a scalable framework for future campaigns.
A big thank you to Jane Lynch and Danielle James for trusting us with this campaign, and for sharing such lovely feedback about the team!

From award shortlists to team milestones, April has been a true reflection of our values: growth, collaboration, and having fun.
