February’s been another busy one at TMPR – from sharing exciting appointments to launching a new PR package designed to help businesses make the most of awards season. Add in team events, fresh thought leadership and a brilliant week with our latest ‘Grow Getter’, and it’s been a month of significant momentum.
New partnership with Wild Creations
We’re pleased to be working with Welsh creative production company Wild Creations Ltd, leading its PR and strategic communications.
In fulfilment of our acting sustainably and being human values, a key priority for us this year is “doing business on our doorstep” – collaborating with local clients, partners and suppliers wherever possible.
Less than 15 minutes away from our Penarth HQ, Wild Creations is a brilliant addition to our growing community of local collaborations. We’ll be shaping and delivering its communications strategy, helping to strengthen the company’s profile across Wales, the UK and international markets.

Launching new off-the-shelf packages
This month we launched our new off-the-shelf awards packages – built to help businesses boost their chances of getting shortlisted, then maximise the impact when they win.
From nominations to winner promotions, the packages offer clear options accommodating your goals, timelines and budget.

Thought Leadership
Following on from our PR and Comms Lead, Steve Lambert, delivering a practical online session for TownSq, TMPR outlined how small businesses can secure meaningful PR wins and get their story heard without a big budget – by focusing on relevance and being more selective.
Reflecting the realities of today’s media landscape – shrinking newsrooms, heavier workloads meaning journalists are under increasing pressure in a 24/7 digital news cycle – the blog explains what makes a story newsworthy, and how to shape a clear, concise pitch that’s easier to cover.

Empowering Growth
This month we were joined by a Cardiff University intern, Journalism, Communications and Politics undergraduate student – Aoife Edwards! Aoife completed a week’s work experience as part of our Grow Getter’s programme – splitting her time between our PR & Comms and Campaigns & Content teams.
Aoife reflects on her experience at TMPR in our latest blog https://tmpr.co.uk/news/aoife-edwards/

That’s February in a nutshell – a month of exciting business, opportunity and development.
Bring on March, with plenty to look forward to, including International Women’s Day celebrations, lots of face time with clients and our first quarterly team-building day of 2026.
