In 2026, we’re trying something a little different…
Welcome to TMPR’s first monthly roundup – where we’ll provide an in-depth summary of the month and insights into what the agency has been up to behind the scenes.
Comercity’s 1st Birthday!
In January, the TMPR team were delighted to join Comercity‘s first birthday celebrations at the Future Inns in Cardiff Bay – marking a year of rapid growth, connection and opportunity for the business community. Reflecting our values of empowering growth and being human – supporting like-minded people and organisations on our doorstep is a big focus for this year.
We were also proud to support Comercity with media outreach to help share the milestone more widely – https://www.wales247.co.uk/fast-growing-welsh-network-comercity-hits-50-members-milestone

Sponsoring ‘Start Up Business of the Year’ at Chambers’ Wales Business Awards 2026
We’re proud to be sponsoring the ‘Start Up Business of the Year’ category in this year’s Chambers Wales South East, South West and Mid Business Awards 2026, taking place on the 14th of May at the Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel & Spa.
With TMPR turning 15 this year, the category feels especially meaningful. It’s the perfect time to reflect on the realities of building a business from the ground up – the challenges, the resilience and the ambition required to grow. We’re looking forward to meeting the finalists and recognising the next generation of Welsh businesses helping to shape the nation’s future.

Case Study
This month we reflected on some work our Campaigns and Content team provided for HM Morgan Engineers. Following a change ownership, the business wanted to modernise its brand while staying true to a reputation built on over 60 years of reliable work.
Working closely with Director, Nick Robbins, the team delivered a refreshed brand identity, a new website and the launch of a LinkedIn profile to strengthen the firm’s digital presence. Read the full case study here – https://tmpr.co.uk/work/establishing-a-digital-brand-presence-for-hm-morgan/

Having Fun
The team took part in a ‘Reboot’ session with Chris Flynn from Team Health Performance – focused on movement, breathing and resetting energy levels. Ninety minutes later, we left feeling re-energised, re-focused and ready to tackle the year ahead.

That’s a wrap on January – a busy start to the year!
Now onto February with plenty in the pipeline, including the Chambers Wales South East, South West and Mid Women’s Networking event and the Manufacturing Walesevent at the International Convention Centre Wales.
