Monthly Roundup – June 2026

June was a landmark month for TMPR, as our long-awaited 15th birthday celebrations finally arrived!

It gave us the opportunity to reflect and celebrate with many of the people who have helped shape our journey, while continuing to balance client projects, networking, team milestones and inspiring the next generation.

As we head into the second half of 2026, there is plenty more to come. But first, here’s a look back at a very memorable June.

A party on the pier

After months of planning and anticipation, we finally marked 15 years of TMPR with a birthday party on Penarth pier pavilion.

It was incredibly special to bring our team, clients, partners and members of the South Wales business community together in one room. An opportunity to gather so many of the people who have helped us get to where we are today is rare – making the day even more meaningful.

A huge thank you to everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to celebrate with us. We loved catching up with familiar faces, making new memories and reflecting on everything TMPR has achieved over the past 15 years.

A special shoutout to Jessica Hollyman , Rachel Knight , and Louise Morgan for months of hard work and planning, and for bringing the celebration together in true TMPR style.

Caerphilly Business Expo

This month Louise Morgan and Rachel represented TMPR at Caerphilly Business Club CIC Expo 2026.

They spent the day speaking with ambitious organisations about how strong storytelling, strategic communications and effective marketing can support their growth.

Thank you to Kelly Whitefoot for delivering such a great event! It was a brilliant to introduce more people to TMPR, make new connections and catch up with familiar faces from the local business community.

Empowering Growth

This month, TMPR was invited to Cardiff and Vale College to speak to first-year learners studying the Level 3 Business course about careers in marketing and PR.

Saoirse O’Connor went along to represent TMPR, sharing an insight into the day-to-day work she undertakes as an Account Manager, the experiences that have shaped her career path, and the different marketing and PR services we deliver for our clients.

The students then put ideas into practice by completing a short marketing challenge. Squish tasked the students with launching a new protein bar, giving them a better understanding of the skills, thinking and creativity involved in creating campaigns.

Their creativity was impressive, with ideas ranging from partnerships with FIFA, to sponsored powerlifting events and influencer-led campaigns. It was great to see the teamwork and inventiveness on display, and we hope the learners enjoyed the session as much as Squish did!

Thank you to the team at Cardiff and Vale College for the invitation. The future of marketing and comms is looking bright!

June gave us the chance to celebrate how far TMPR has come, but it also reminded us of what continues to drive the agency forward: our people, our partnerships, our community and our passion for helping ambitious organisations grow.

Our 15th birthday may have been a major moment in the TMPR calendar, but we haven’t peaked yet!

There is plenty more on the agenda as we head into the second half of 2026, and we look forward to sharing it with you.

See you next month!
