March has been a milestone month for TMPR – from celebrating a special anniversary to strengthening connections across our network, delivering impactful work for clients and continuing our growth as a team. Here’s what we’ve been up to.
Celebrating 1 year in 2HT
March marked one year since we got the keys and moved into our very own Penarth building, lovingly known as 2HT (2 Herbert Terrace)!
Putting down permanent roots in South Wales has been an exciting step for us at TMPR – helping us strengthen our connections with clients, partners and the wider business community.
Over the past 12 months, having our own space has supported key milestones, including the launch of our Grow Getters education programme. 2HT enables us to host in-house events such as Insight Days with Working Options , giving students the chance to experience what agency life is really like, as well as continue to welcome students from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd to complete workplace placements with us.
The extra room has also allowed our team to grow, welcoming new faces and fresh energy into the business.
Perhaps most importantly, having our own space has created more opportunities for face-to-face conversations – allowing us to truly live our ‘Being Human’ value.
Here’s to year two at No.2, and many more great conversations, ideas and milestones ahead.

Case Study
This month we reflected on some work the team delivered for Promethean.
Ahead of a major new product launch, Promethean needed to run down global stock levels quickly without losing brand credibility or momentum.
Promethean partnered with TMPR to deliver a fast-turnaround, cross-market campaign designed to reduce global stock levels without losing momentum. From concept creation to localisation across the UK, US and Germany, the Ready, Set, Save campaign equipped regional teams with a digital-first toolkit to activate quickly and effectively.

Acting Sustainably
Global Recycling Day was the perfect moment to reflect on our value of Acting Sustainably. From being members of the SME Climate Hub and signing the Green Growth Pledge, to reducing single-use plastics as a Plastic Free Champion and supporting our local community as a Refill station, we’re always committed to learn, improve and make more responsible choices.
