Content Syndication: Bluprintx tapped up TMPR for ideas on how to make event-generated content go further across channels, aiming to enrich its Content Supply Chain without developing a high volume of brand-new assets.
TMPR identified impactful opportunities to deploy event-generated video content across Bluprintx’s website, social media, e-marketing and sales enablement channels without major resource investment.
TMPR got Bluprintx’s organic content working harder, finding more than 10 applications of each base event content across channels. This gave time back to Bluprintx’s marketing team while keeping a steady pipeline of impactful content moving.
Challenge
Bluprintx, a global digital transformation consultancy, regularly invests in high-value, content-rich events – but needed to extract more mileage from those moments without continually creating new assets. They approached TMPR with a clear brief: help us make our existing event content go further across digital, sales, and marketing channels. The broader goal was to streamline the Content Supply Chain, keeping messaging fresh and consistent while alleviating internal resource pressure.
Operating on a tight timeline, Bluprintx sought a fast, scalable strategy that would maintain the impact of live-event content in ways that supported lead generation, thought leadership, and sales conversations.
Solution
TMPR began by auditing Bluprintx’s recent event footage and related marketing materials. We identified the strongest assets for multi-platform deployment – video soundbites, key takeaways, speaker quotes, and visuals with narrative value. Rather than creating from scratch, we employed a ‘create once, publish everywhere’ (COPE) strategy, repackaging and recontextualising the materials for specific channel objectives.
Across LinkedIn, email campaigns, the company blog, and sales enablement decks, we utilised the content for maximum engagement. Each event asset was reimagined for at least ten distinct uses – everything from bite-sized social clips to quote-led thought leadership articles. These were paired with fresh PR hooks and tailored for varying buyer personas.
Working closely with Bluprintx’s marketing team, we ensured the rollout didn’t demand new infrastructure or heavy content production cycles. Instead, our approach prioritised relevance, consistency, and agility, with a mix of evergreen and time-sensitive formats.
This method allowed Bluprintx to extend the life of existing content, improve ROI, and maintain a visible presence across customer touchpoints without overloading their creative pipeline.
Outcomes
TMPR successfully transformed Bluprintx’s event content into a steady, agile content engine. More than ten different use cases emerged from each original asset – turning a single panel recording or keynote into material for blogs, email, social, and even sales scripts.
The approach not only saved time but also maintained Bluprintx’s voice and message consistency across functions. With more regular publishing and tailored assets for multiple audiences, Bluprintx’s brand visibility improved organically, contributing to thought leadership in key markets and increased inbound engagement from prospects.
By enabling better performance without higher production output, the strategy aligned tightly with Bluprintx’s goals, including smarter use of resources and a higher return on existing investments. It also freed the team to focus on big-picture strategy rather than day-to-day content generation, with the benefit of reinforcing the value of events as a ‘double threat’ – a source of leads and content generation opportunities – while boosting the profile of the marketing department within the company.
“TMPR has been instrumental in helping us build and communicate our brand from the ground up. From acting as our fully outsourced marketing and communications team in the early days, to collaborating closely with our in-house function as we scaled globally, they’ve shown a deep understanding of how to support growth with smart, consistent delivery. Their ability to adapt to what we needed, when we needed it, made them a trusted extension of our team.”
