Recognised as Wales’ top small PR consultancy by CIPR Cymru and celebrated at the Construction Marketing Awards, TMPR was where businesses came when they needed real technical expertise (or so we thought!).

Our early journey took us through cities like Manchester and Derby, but in 2013 we finally put roots down in South Wales. From our new home at the Barry Business Centre (starting in a humble cubicle) we expanded our team, scaled up our capabilities, and embedded ourselves in the local business community.

After outgrowing our first South Wales home, we headed to a larger office in Penarth town centre, giving us the space to do even more and the place where we marked a decade of being in business.

Ten years of TMPR was a time for reflection. We’d racked up achievements and accolades that reflect our commitment to excellence and while it was our technical expertise that initially drew attention, we started exploring why clients and partners stayed with us for so long. Some of them since we first launched, and many of them for a decade.

Eventually we asked. And the first TMPR Tap was something of a revelation. What truly sets us apart is our approach—how we connect, communicate, and care.

This sparked more than just a brand refresh; it transformed our entire vision. We’re still the technical marketing specialists you know, but we’ve broadened our B2B marketing horizons. From dynamic content creation to cutting-edge virtual marketing, smart channel communications and proactive public relations, we’re ready to support – and always with a smile.
